CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received in the AGWT office before Monday, May 12, 4:30pm (EST) will receive a full refund less a $5 processing fee. Cancellations after Monday, May 12, 4:30pm will forfeit the entire registration fee; Substitutions gladly accepted. This event will not be cancelled for bad weather conditions.
